The staff was very friendly ( they mostly speak Italian and some English)Anotnella and lucy and Marie were friendly and helpful. the B&B is a five minute walk from the metro station and 1/2 minute to the bus stop where Number 49 and 46 stop. taking the 495 ( which conects quiet a big area of the city) is about a 7 minute walk. over all the location is very good and the apartment is in a residential area. close to a hospital etc.
Breakfast is no big deal. they could improve on the breakfast. other than that My children and I enjoyed our stay a lot

I got exactly what I thought I would be getting: a clean room at a good price. The neighborhood was safe and located close to a red line metro stop (which is what I wanted). It's an excellent place to stay for anyone that's budget-conscious.

Located in a charming area with plenty of outlet shopping options nearby, Marco E Laura B&B provided a delightful experience for our family. The kids absolutely loved exploring the area and finding unique items at the shops. As adults, we were able to enjoy the beautiful surroundings while the children were entertained. The unique entertainment options available, like the lively street performances and the quaint little toy store, kept the kids engaged and excited throughout our stay. In addition, the staff at Marco E Laura B&B were incredibly accommodating and friendly, making us feel welcome and ensuring that our needs were met. It was truly a memorable visit for our family.
For dads, it would be great if Marco E Laura B&B offered a larger play area for the children. My children wanted more space for running around and playing, which would have made our stay even more enjoyable.

Great location, great staff, very clean, and good place to rest after full day of walking in Rome. Bus gets you to Piazza Venezia in 10 minutes. I miss Rome.
Hard to find. Little plaque at the entrance is barely visible.

The hotel is very conveniently located near the Vatican - it's only one bus stop away. The rooms were clean and the prices very reasonable. The hotel also offered us a free parking which was great considering we were in the center of Rome.
The breakfast was so, so and we had a challenge with the communication in English.

Thank you everyone for a great stay which on a business trip is n't ideal at all. There were big beds and central heating, a multi-channel TV, and a writing desk inside the room. Its street view and very good and kind staff were the key features!

I have just returned from a very good stay in this small hotel. the location is magnificent. - the staff is amiable. - the venue is set in a calm area with views of the street. - the modest restaurant is a nice plus. - the service is nice, includes free parking. - It has good wifi to surf the net.

The hotel staff was very nice and the rooms were comfortable, clean, and seemed to be newly re-modeled. The beds were comfortable and there was a hair dryer in the bathroom. The hotel was in easy walking distance to the Vatican. It is also possible to walk to the hotel from the train station, however, the walk is slightly uphill for about 1 1/2 miles on a very narrow sidewalk next to the highway, so with luggage it wouldn't be easy.
One of the reasons I chose this hotel is because the advertisement said it had air conditioning. The air condition was broken in 3 of our 4 rooms all 3 nights. This was due to a leak in the water pipes that was destroying the walls between the rooms. They were trying to fix it but it was still broken by the time we left. We had to sleep with the windows opened since it was summer. This was difficult due to the traffic noise, mosquitos, and the sun coming up at 5 am. We were not given a discount on the price even after complaining. The taxi (8 person van) from the airport to the hotel cost us 120 euro each way. The breakfast was not good (small sponge cake, zwieback toast, and yogurt each morning). Between the 8 of us we give the breakfast 1 out of 5 stars.

I recently had a fantastic stay at this hotel in Rome. The location was perfect, with the Vatican City just a short walk away and a bus stop right outside. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, giving me a map and providing information on getting around the city. The room was clean and comfortable, with a balcony and a kitchen area complete with a fridge. The beds were cozy and I had a great night's sleep. I also appreciated the breakfast which was included in the price and served daily. this hotel offered great value for money and attention to detail.
Everything was absolutely fine, no complaints whatsoever.

It fit our budget and the three of us were able to stay in one room. The room was clean and the staff (in the morning) was very helpful.
It was farther from local transportation than we had originally realized when we booked our accomodation.

The hotel is inexpensive, located near Vatikan, closely to the subway and bus stop. Rooms are very clean. Staff is friendly and helpful.
Quite noisy place (as it is located near the large road), breakfasts are very plain and wi-fi is not always stable but I think it nothing for people who come to Rome just for sight-seeing and not for honey-moon, business etc.
